Reporting to the CGO/CRO, you will be responsible for customer success from onboarding through expansion and collaboration with the Sales & Growth team for upsell/cross-sell.

5 years of professional experience
Consulting background required (Big 4, strategy, transformation)
Experience managing complex projects (ERP, digital transformation)
Ideally: B2B SaaS or software vendor experience
Strong project management and delivery skills
Ability to facilitate workshops and structure deliverables
Executive communication (presentations, steering committees)
Understanding of Finance/Procurement processes is a plus
French: Native or fluent
English: Fluent (international clients)
Structured and rigorous, with a strong results orientation
Entrepreneurial, comfortable in a scale-up environment
Natural leadership and ability to unite teams
