About the Role
- This role blends product leadership, operational management, and strategic decision making. You’ll own how the company executes across teams, ensure alignment on priorities, and bring structure to both product and business operations. You’ll be directly involved in high-level decisions with founders, while also building the processes and momentum the team needs day-to-day.

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years
in product, business operations, strategy, or leadership roles
- Strong track record in mobile or digital products
- Ability to lead both high-level product strategy and hands-on execution
- Experience managing and developing teams
(hiring, performance, workflows)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
- Confidence in owning OKRs, KPIs, and operational frameworks
- A structured, analytical approach to decision making
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-driven products
- Previous experience in fast-growing startups or tech companies
- Familiarity with subscription-based mobile apps
- Ability to translate qualitative insights into actionable plans
