The Business AI Lead will guide this effort company‑wide:
defining strategy, shaping architecture, aligning teams, and ensuring responsible, measurable adoption of AI across all value streams.
What You’ll Do
We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience leading business AI strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise automation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of applied AI/ML tools, data architecture, and governance.
- Proven ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration between business, IT, and compliance.
- Strong systems thinker who balances innovation with operational discipline.
- Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in robotics, advanced manufacturing, or complex product environments.
- Track record of embedding AI into both technical (engineering) and administrative (back office) processes.
- Familiarity with capability maturity or continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., CMMI, Lean).
