Role Description

• Lead & Architect: Build, mentor, and lead the engineering team. Design the technical architecture for our web platform and AI application stack.
• Drive Full-Stack Development: Own end-to-end development, from front-end UX to back-end APIs and AI service integration.
• Champion AI Integration: Spearhead the development, deployment, and scaling of AI features, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and user-centric.
• Ensure Excellence: Establish best practices in code quality, testing, security, and DevOps to build scalable and maintainable systems.
• Collaborate Strategically: Partner with Product, Design, and executive leadership to define technical strategy and translate business goals into technical execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a tech lead or engineering management role.
• Proven expertise in modern web development (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, Python) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Direct experience building, integrating, or scaling AI/ML applications and services (e.g., with LLM APIs, vector databases, model deployment).
• A track record of shipping high-quality, user-focused products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and a passion for leading both people and technology.
