Role Description

Lead & Architect: Build, mentor, and lead the engineering team. Design the technical architecture for our web platform and AI application stack.
Drive Full-Stack Development: Own end-to-end development, from front-end UX to back-end APIs and AI service integration.
Champion AI Integration: Spearhead the development, deployment, and scaling of AI features, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and user-centric.
Ensure Excellence: Establish best practices in code quality, testing, security, and DevOps to build scalable and maintainable systems.
Collaborate Strategically: Partner with Product, Design, and executive leadership to define technical strategy and translate business goals into technical execution.

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a tech lead or engineering management role.
Proven expertise in modern web development (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, Python) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Direct experience building, integrating, or scaling AI/ML applications and services (e.g., with LLM APIs, vector databases, model deployment).
A track record of shipping high-quality, user-focused products in a fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and a passion for leading both people and technology.
