Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organized leader to build and scale OxygenAI’s data labeling and quality operations.
This role is critical to the success of our AI products. You will be responsible for ensuring that all labeled data meets high accuracy standards, while optimizing speed, cost, and scalability of the labeling process.
You will manage both in-house and outsourced labeling teams, design efficient workflows, and establish quality metrics that directly impact model performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Recruit, onboard, and manage outsourced and part-time labeling teams
· Build scalable workforce models to handle fluctuating labeling demand
· Develop and manage compensation structures that reward both output and labeling accuracy
· Responsible for managing the labelling team based on operation and R&D teams’ requirements
· Implement quality control process of labelling tasks, ensuring the quality of labelled data
· Work with related teams to set data classifications criterias
· Estimate timelines and resource needs for labeling projects
· Ensure labeled data meets model training and deployment standards
· Own and produce monthly data accuracy and quality reports across all projects
· Track key metrics (accuracy, consistency, turnaround time)
· Design and optimize labeling workflows to maximize speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency
· Work with engineers to provide design inputs for Company’s labeling tools to improve efficiency and scalability
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
· 1-3 years of work experience in operations, admin, coordination, or team supervision roles
· Experience managing people (full-time, part-time, or outsourced teams) is a plus
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility
· Able to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
· Strong work ethic and reliability - able to handle high-volume, routine operations
· Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools)
· Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with team members
