Requirements:
You will be mainly responsible for the recruitment and sourcing of technical roles, including developers, data scientists, scrum masters, product owners, and other tech-related roles for our diverse projects at MTI Technology Vietnam. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand position requirements and advise on recruitment and sourcing strategy.
Get involved in the full recruitment process: 50%, EB activities: 50%
Grow the talent pool and diversify talent sources to maximize hiring effectiveness
Attract potential talents and convert them into applicants
Provide excellent applicant and internal employee customer service
Maintain applicant tracking system, documenting actions & daily activity in real-time, preparing recruiting and hiring reports
Conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation;
Developing and tracking goals for the hiring process
Participate in Employer Branding activities
💪 To qualify for the role, you must have:
Have hands-on experience working in the IT recruitment/talent acquisition field (at least 1 year of experience)
Experience in Employer Branding and manage social media channels
Experience in corporate with universities, as well as organizing online and offline workshops, job fair with Universities to attract potential candidates.
Able to think outside of the box and challenge the status and influence change; good communication skills coupled with interpersonal skills, as well as proactive, collaborative and optimistic attitude
Be proficient in both verbal and written English
Experience in using social media to proactively attract passive candidates
