About the Role:

We are seeking a Hardware Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development and launch of innovative electronics hardware products. This role involves driving cross-functional teams from initial concept through product release, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership:

Own and drive the complete lifecycle of complex electronics hardware programs, including definition, design, development, validation, and launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with Hardware Engineering, Software, Quality, Product Management, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and integration.

Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed program plans, manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables, identify dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.

Communication & Reporting:

Provide clear, data-driven status updates, presentations, and risk assessments to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse internal and external partners.

Problem Solving:

Resolve complex technical and business challenges and remove roadblocks to maintain program momentum.

Process Improvement:

Champion operational excellence and continuously enhance development processes for efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of proven experience leading complex hardware development programs from concept to launch.
• Experience in Semiconductor/Product Engineering industries (desirable).
• Strong understanding of electronics product development cycles, with FPGA as a core component.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• PMP / Scrum Master / Agile certification preferred.
