Role:
Design, develop, and qualify spacecraft avionics hardware end-to-end—taking designs from concept through schematics, PCB layout, testing, qualification, and flight readiness—while ensuring compliance with space standards and mission requirements.

FPGA/CPLD design and hardware-software co-design.
Familiarity with ECSS/NASA/IPC
standards for space hardware.
System-level avionics integration and bring-up.
CubeSat/smallsat avionics experience.
CAD exposure (SolidWorks/Fusion 360) for board-mechanical integration.

B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in ECE/EE/Avionics (or equivalent experience).
2–6 years designing hardware for aerospace/defense/embedded systems.
Strong digital/analog design, microcontrollers, and sensor interfaces.
Hands-on with Altium/KiCad/OrCAD/Cadence Allegro
.
Circuit simulation with LTspice/PSpice
(or equivalent).
EMI/EMC, grounding, and signal-integrity best practices.
Knowledge of space-grade/radiation-tolerant parts, derating, and reliability analysis.
Proficiency with FMECA
, worst-case analysis, and component reliability assessment.
Lab instrumentation: oscilloscopes, logic/spectrum analyzers, power supplies.
Strong documentation and configuration-control discipline.
