We’re looking for a
Guidewire Developer
to join our IT team and help design, build, and enhance enterprise insurance solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and integrating software applications, researching and designing solutions, and maintaining high-quality, efficient, and scalable systems throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Spring Framework
or other enterprise Java technologies.
Front-end development skills with
HTML, CSS, and Angular.
Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in support of business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical specifications.
Design and implement integrations
between Guidewire ClaimCenter and third-party systems, using modern integration patterns and tools.
Participate in
enterprise-level Guidewire ClaimCenter projects
, contributing to configuration, customization, and system enhancements.
Ensure adherence to
Guidewire development standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Write and maintain clean, well-documented code using
GOSU
, PCF, and Guidewire configuration tools.
Develop and maintain
data models
, extend existing entities, and create new data elements where needed.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while providing ongoing application support.
Write and consume
web services (SOAP, REST)
and work with data transformation technologies including XML, JSON, XPATH, and XSLT.
Maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration changes, and deployment instructions.
Participate in
business solution workshops
and provide subject matter expertise on Guidewire configuration and functionality.
Proactively identify and suggest
system improvements or optimization opportunities.
Guidewire ClaimCenter Associate Certification or higher.
3–5 years of hands-on Guidewire development experience
(ClaimCenter preferred).
Experience with
Guidewire Cloud
and familiarity with cloud deployment models.
Strong understanding of
ClaimCenter integrations
, including GWCP, web services, and external system connections.
Proficiency in
GOSU programming
, PCF, data model design, and UI development.
Skilled in implementing
business rules, workflows, and user interface components.
Experience using
Guidewire APIs, Product Models
, and custom extensions.
Working knowledge of
secure software development practices
and version control tools such as GitHub.
Ability to work with relational databases such as
DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Strong understanding of
insurance and claims processes.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
