The role
You’ll play a key role in building and improving how Metaview grows. You’ll work closely with our Co-founder-CEO and GTM leaders to design and run the systems, processes, and strategies that help our revenue teams succeed. This isn’t a back-office role—you’ll be hands-on, identifying the best opportunities to make a real impact.
Your scope will span four pillars:
- Strategy & Execution — Find and fix friction points in our sales and revenue processes. Work with leadership to deliver important projects and step in where needed.
- Systems & Data — Manage our GTM tech stack, keep data clean, automate workflows, and build dashboards.
- Analytics & Forecasting — Build models and forecasts, help with territory planning, and support leadership with compensation and growth planning.
- Enablement & Innovation — Run GTM reviews, set and track KPIs, keep teams aligned, and use AI to improve efficiency.
You
- 5+ years experience, including time in GTM or revenue operations roles at a high-growth B2B startup.
- Have excelled in high-growth, high-performance environments and know what outstanding execution looks like.
- Highly analytical and structured in your approach, able to break down complex problems and design practical, effective solutions.
