The Opportunity We’re hiring a Growth Engineer to architect and operationalize the intelligent systems that power how we generate demand, qualify opportunities, route signals, and accelerate revenue.
This role is not about managing campaigns. It is about engineering the machine behind them.
You will design and build the automated, AI-driven internal infrastructure that transforms fragmented tools and manual workflows into a cohesive, self-improving GTM system — one that increases pipeline, improves conversion, and reduces operational drag as we scale. Some weeks you’ll be writing code to build AI automations or event-based nurture streams; other weeks you’ll be improving lead routing logic, or designing AI agents that generate persona-specific content on the fly.
This role is for someone fluent in modern GTM systems and AI-powered tools—someone who can architect, automate, and scale how we generate demand, convert pipeline, and operate efficiently as we grow.
⚠️ Note: This is not a software developer role. The GTM Engineer sits on the Marketing team and will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. The role focuses on building automations, workflows, and AI-driven GTM systems — not developing core product code or training models .
