There is never a dull moment with us. * Responsible for SPTS products including Etch, PVD and CVD systems, with a focus on vacuum-based equipment. * Will be in charge of SPTS product (Etch, PVD and CVD) * Primarily responsible for installation, modification, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites * Evaluates, Analyzes, Resolve technical equipment issues both remotely and on-site, particularly those involving vacuum systems and sub-components. * Assures operational quality of system equipment. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time. * Prepares field service reports on customer support activity and provides documentation to other supporting functions on re-occurring problems. * Support and mentor other field service engineers as needed. * Contribute to the Capturing, re-use, collaboration, and improvement of knowledge using available systems. * Experience in Semiconductor Wafer Manufacturing, particularly with CVD, Etch and PVD is preferred. * BS major in mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Servicing or installing vacuum-based equipment. * Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, especially in vacuum technology. * Fluency in both Korean and English. * Over 50% business trip to other country is required.
