The Mission
We're building the AI inbox for ERP systems. Millions of people in B2B commerce are drowning in emails, manually processing orders, updating systems, chasing invoices. It's 2026 and they're still copy-pasting between Outlook and their ERP like it's 1999.
Hoshii turns customer communication – emails, calls, messages – into one-click actions in your ERP. Real automation. Real impact. In an industry facing a serious labor shortage, we're not just building cool tech. We're giving people their time back.
The Role
We're looking for an addition to our
Growth Team,
looking for somebody who wants to get their hands dirty. You'll own the top of our sales funnel - finding the right companies, getting in front of the right people, and defining the outbound playbook from scratch.
This isn't a "follow the script" growth seat. There is no script. You'll help write it.
You'll work directly with the founders & our Lead GTM, iterate daily on what's working, and have real ownership over how Hoshii enters the market.
What You'll Do
Run multi-channel outbound.
You'll be reaching out to potential customers daily - cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, whatever works. Volume matters, but so does quality.
Your Profile
We don't care where you went to school or what your CV looks like. We care about who you are.
What We Offer
Base salary + compensation package
based on your outcomes.
Equity.
Real ownership in what you're helping build.
A clear growth path.
Starting as in our Growth team opens you all doors into our growing startup. Lead a team? Lead your own GTM strategy? You grow with us.
A path to something bigger.
Prove yourself, and there's a real opportunity to grow with us - aka full time position!
An amazing office in Zürich.
Good vibes, good people, good coffee.
Before You Apply
Read these questions. Be honest with yourself.
When was the last time you did something hard that nobody asked you to do?
We're looking for people who create their own momentum, not wait for instructions.
How do you handle being ignored?
You'll send 50 emails and get 3 replies. Does that energise you or crush you?
If these questions made you uncomfortable, this probably isn't the role for you. If they made you lean in - keep reading.

Find the right people.
Research companies, identify decision-makers, and figure out the best way to get their attention.
Build the playbook.
Test messaging, channels, cadences, and verticals. Document what works.
Own your pipeline in the CRM.
Qualify leads (discovery), manage follow-ups, and hand off opportunities to AEs.
Work directly with the founders.
No layers of management. You'll have a direct line to the people building this company.
Feed market intelligence back to the team.
What objections come up? What language resonates? You're our ears on the ground.
Build outreach workflows with N8N and similar tools.
Automate what can be automated.
You're relentless.
Rejection doesn't faze you. You pick up the phone again.
You communicate clearly.
Written, verbal, excellent in German & English
You figure things out.
No one's going to hand you a script. You'll need to learn, adapt, and improve on the fly.
You are technically versed
& open to working with N8N and similar tools.
You want to be in the arena.
Startups are messy. You're excited by that, not scared of it.
You're available full-time.
Fluent German is a must + English (C1) is a must.
+2 years of experience in sales.
You bring proven sales experience in a startup or similar.
Experience in working with CRMs.
You have worked with Salesforce, Hubspot or similar in the past.
What's something you've sold?
Doesn't have to be a product. Could be an idea, a project, or yourself in an interview. How did you get someone to say yes?
Why a startup and not a safe corporate job?
There's no playbook here. No structure. No one checking if you're okay. Is that exciting or terrifying?
What would you do in week one if we gave you zero direction?
Seriously. No onboarding. No task list. Just "go find us customers." What's your move?
Are you actually ready to pick up the phone?
Not in theory. Tomorrow. Calling strangers who don't want to talk to you. That's the job.
