Who you are
Graduate of one of Türkiye’s Top Universities: Boğaziçi, ODTÜ, İTÜ, Koç, Bilkent
3–5 years experience in business development / growth / partnerships
Strong English (written + spoken)
High energy, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable with AI tools and fast execution
Based in İzmir or nearby cities (weekly/bi-weekly meet-ups possible)
Open to future UK relocation if required by the company
