We are looking for someone who wants to build growth machines, not manual processes.
Someone capable of thinking, architecting, and optimizing the beginning of the funnel, integrating automations, events, and AI, and grow demand generation into a predictable, scalable, elegant system.

Tasks
Design and optimize the top-of-funnel experience , defining how leads are captured, segmented, qualified, and routed.
Plan and execute webinars, online events, demos, and live surgeries to generate demand;
Configure and monitor AI-enhanced inbound and outbound funnels to increase lead volume and quality;
Develop segmented campaigns, A/B tests, and conversion optimization strategies;
Collaborate with Marketing and Product to create high-engagement content that supports events and automated campaigns;
Measure and report on funnel performance: leads generated, MQLs, conversion rates, and CAC by channel
Maintain and integrate tools such as HubSpot, automation platforms, and event systems;
Deliver well-qualified leads to the Sales team and ensure smooth pipeline handover.

Experience with automation tools (HubSpot, Make, or similar);
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with funnel metrics, testing, and optimization;
