About the Role:
We are looking for our first Head of Growth, a data-driven "full-stack" marketer with a strong product sense. You will be responsible for building and executing the multi-channel strategy that drives developer acquisition, activation, and retention.
This is a foundational role where you will own the entire growth funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness campaigns to in-product activation experiments. You will be scrappy, analytical, and creative, equally comfortable launching a paid ad campaign, negotiating with a top developer KOL, or analyzing a retention cohort.
