The Opportunity
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and build our entire demand generation engine from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll have direct influence on company growth and work directly with our founders and leadership team.
You'll be our first dedicated growth hire, which means you'll have the autonomy to experiment, fail fast, and scale what works—with the scrappiness and creativity that early-stage demands.

Questions You Might Have
"Am I too junior/senior for this role?" If you have 3 years of highly relevant experience and can demonstrate results, apply. If you have 10 years but want a hands-on role, also apply. We care more about fit and capability than years.
"I don't have experience in HR tech—is that okay?" Yes. B2B SaaS marketing fundamentals transfer well. Deep HR tech knowledge is a plus but not required.
"Will I really be the only marketer?" Initially, yes. But we're committed to building a team as we prove out channels and scale revenue.
"What if I don't hit the lead targets right away?" We're realistic about ramp time. We care more about trajectory, learning speed, and quality of experiments than hitting arbitrary numbers in month one.
