About The Role We are looking for a Growth Manager, CRM & Automation to own Probably Genetic’s email marketing and lifecycle communication strategy. This role will focus on building compliant, impactful email journeys and campaigns that improve patient engagement and program outcomes. You’ll work cross-functionally to design and execute personalized campaigns, leverage automation to scale our impact, and ensure HIPAA compliance is embedded into everything we do.

The salary range for this role is $112,000-$155,000 annually plus meaningful early stage equity. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
