Why we are hiring
Our conversion is great. Our bottleneck is pipeline. We need someone who owns both sides of pipeline creation: marketing driven demand generation and SDR style outbound execution. This is a builder role. You will create demand and you will personally drive outreach.
Your mission
Build a repeatable engine that generates qualified first meetings every week and continuously improves through fast experimentation and crisp feedback loops.
What you will do
- Own pipeline creation end to end, marketing plus outbound SDR execution
- Maintain ICP segments and target account lists with the founders
- Write and run outbound sequences: LinkedIn and email, targeting, follow ups, reply handling, meeting booking
- Do the SDR work yourself at the start: research, personalization, volume, daily cadence, consistent follow up
- Build demand gen campaigns that create pull: LinkedIn content and distribution, partner campaigns, webinars, events, selective paid tests
- Create conversion assets that support both outbound and inbound: short case stories, one pagers, landing pages, lead magnets, email copy, simple decks
How success is measured
- Qualified first meetings per week
- ICP fit rate of those meetings
- Conversion from first meeting to demo
- Pipeline coverage for the next 8 to 12 weeks
- Execution cadence: weekly experiments shipped, learnings captured, improvements delivered
What you bring
- Proof you have built B2B pipeline for a complex product, backed by numbers
- Industrial or manufacturing background is a major plus: you understand how plants buy, how OT thinks, and what makes value real on the shopfloor
- Hands on SDR fundamentals: prospecting, sequences, reply handling, meeting booking
- Demand gen capability: campaigns and assets that generate inbound interest, not just outbound activity
- Strong messaging skills, complex product into understandable technical value clearly
- High ownership and speed: you build in imperfect conditions and improve fast
- Language: fluent German and English required
