About the Role

Job Title: Growth Engineer

Overview:
We want a data-obsessed engineer to decode how our customers use Lovable and turn those insights into explosive growth. You'll create automated systems that predict user behavior, find a-ha moments, and tell us what to build next. Must combine serious coding skills with the ability to turn complex data into winning product bets (and help implement them).

What We’re Looking For:

• A builder who thinks in systems and code, not just SQL queries and dashboards.
• Balance quality on critical user flows and quick A/B testing iterations.
• Supernatural ability to spot patterns in messy data and turn them into actionable insights.
• Obsession with understanding why users do what they do.
• Strong sense for building metrics that actually matter.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own our north star metrics and make them go up and to the right.
• Find "aha moments" that turn users into paying customers & shape our dev roadmap.
• Build automated systems that tell us when something is wrong before our users do.
• Own our dashboards and tools and use them to make all of us data-driven.
• Build and run a killer A/B testing program for product & marketing initiatives.

Our Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React for lightning-fast interfaces.
• Backend: Golang and Rust for serious performance.
• Cloud: Cloudflare, Fly.io, Google Cloud Run, AWS, Terraform.
• Always exploring what's next.
