We are creating a Growth Engineer role to build the technical foundation of Persado’s go-to-market system.
This is not a RevOps, tooling admin, or reporting role.
This is a systems-engineering role focused on data flows, automation logic, experimentation infrastructure, and GTM intelligence.
You will report directly to the CRO and operate as a core builder — designing the pipelines and logic that power acquisition, expansion, partnerships, and revenue insight.
Architect and implement Persado’s GTM systems as a cohesive technical platform, not a collection of tools.
Design and maintain event-driven data flows across CRM, engagement, intelligence, and analytics layers.
Build and own:
Account, contact, and company-level data models
Signal ingestion pipelines (intent, activity, competitive, technographic)
Automated segmentation and cohort login
Lead, account, and opportunity lifecycle orchestration
Integrate and extend systems such as Salesforce, Attio, Gong, Mailcharts, PhantomBuster, BuiltWith, and internal data sources.
Write automation logic and scripts to:
Extract and normalize external data
Enrich accounts and contacts at scale
Trigger GTM actions based on behavior and signals
Enable rapid experimentation by building infrastructure that supports:
ICP testing
Messaging and channel experiments
Motion-based routing and scoring
Revenue attribution and cohort analysis
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to translate GTM strategy into executable systems.
Own system reliability, data quality, and observability across the GTM stack.
5+ years of experience in Growth Engineering, GTM Engineering, or Data-driven Growth roles within SaaS or B2C technology companies.
Strong technical orientation — comfortable building systems, not just configuring tools.
Hands-on experience with:
CRM platforms (Salesforce, Attio)
Revenue intelligence tools (Gong or similar)
Data extraction / automation tools (PhantomBuster, APIs, scraping frameworks)
Competitive and technographic intelligence (Mailcharts, BuiltWith)
Ability to work with APIs, structured and semi-structured data, and automation pipelines.
Familiarity with scripting or low-code / no-code automation environments (Python, JS, Zapier-like tools, etc.).
Strong data modeling instincts and an understanding of lifecycle-driven GTM design.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete requirements — you design the system as you build it.
Clear communicator who can explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
