JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Growth Delivery Director to understand our client’s biggest business challenges and help them scope and design business workflows operated by our neuro-symbolic engine. Business challenges range from “What is the next high-growth category I should enter next?” to “How would the tariffs impact my core product portfolio?”
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and work closely with the Sales, Forward Deployed Engineers, and AI/ML teams. You will manage onboarding, project timelines, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and ROI tracking, ensuring timely, high-quality, and value-driven outcomes.
Ideal candidates will come from a consulting or enterprise solution delivery background, with deep AI/ML expertise and a proven ability to engage executive stakeholders, lead engagements, and drive transformations.

This role is fully remote until we open our Munich office in Spring 2026, at which point it will transition to a hybrid schedule. Candidates must be based in Germany and within commuting distance of Munich.
