What We Need
We’re looking for a Discord-savvy and/or Reddit-savvy individual who can help us organically seed excitement+downloads and drive:
App downloads
Game creation inside the app
Viral sharing of user-generated games
Creator profile building
Target audiences include:
Casual game enthusiasts
Anime fandom communities
Romance & narrative storytelling fans
Curious creators
Meme generators
UGC creators (Roblox-style builders)
Indie game tinkerers
Responsibilities
You will:
Community Intelligence & Mapping
-Get people excited and creating
-Identify high-fit Discord/Reddit servers across our core verticals
-Map out where creators vs. consumers live
-Organic Seeding Strategy
-Design authentic entry strategies for communities
-Create engagement prompts that spark curiosity
-Craft Discord/Reddit-native language that doesn’t feel promotional
-Design lightweight challenges (e.g., “Make the funniest anime dating sim in 3 minutes”)
-Encourage social sharing back into Discord/Reddit
Activation & Conversion
Turn early users into:
Game creators
Community ambassadors
Viral sharers
Feedback Loop & Iteration
Collect community reactions
Identify friction points
Propose tactical pivots weekly
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have real experience growing community via Discord/Reddit
Understand gaming, anime, meme, and UGC internet culture
Know how to approach mods/admins respectfully
Can write in a culturally fluent, non-corporate tone
Have mod/admin experience
Have hosted digital events
