As a Growth Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients across the U.S. market. This isn't a passive role. You'll own outreach, build relationships, and directly contribute to revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Drive outbound outreach via LinkedIn and U.S. professional platforms, qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and coordinate with internal teams to close opportunities. You'll track what's working, refine what isn't, and help shape our growth strategy along the way.

You're a fit if you:

• Communicate in English with clarity and confidence (written and verbal)
• Have experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead gen, or business development
• Are self-directed — you don't need hand-holding to get things done
• Can work U.S. business hours when needed
• Hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar (preferred)
