• Oversee and ensure accuracy of financial reports and reconciliations prepared by executives.
• Review month-end and year-end closing entries.
• Liaise with internal teams and external auditors for timely reporting.
• Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and guide junior finance executives.

2. Executive Group Consolidation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and reports.
• Monitor account reconciliations, cash flows, and intercompany transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in preparation of management and statutory reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to queries from other departments and auditors.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as requested.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience for Executive; 3+ years for Senior Executive.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/finance systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
