While its initial focus is on the breast cancer market, this innovative technology has the potential to be applied globally across other cancer indications. Role Description

This is part time, remote job. The Grant Writer/Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and researching funding opportunities, preparing grant proposals, coordinating grant administration, and maintaining detailed records of grant documentation and deadlines. Bonuses include identifying and helping team apply to state grants and possibly foundational grants. Experience with FDA presubmission/submission/breakthrough designation and patent submission (mostly provisional) is also helpful. Compensation will either be payment per job (will consider hourly, but unlikely model to use), equity, or a hybrid of both.

Additionally, the role entails working closely with internal teams to align proposals with the company’s goals and collaborating with stakeholders to establish and maintain strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Grant Writing and Proposal Writing
• Experience in Grant Administration and managing schedules, budgets, and reporting requirements
• Proven skills in Prospect Research for identifying and evaluating potential funding sources
• Preference for an ex-institutional reviewer (NIH, NSF, ARPA-H, DOD, etc.)
• Background in Fundraising strategies and techniques
• Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration skills
