We're seeking a Graduate Software Engineer to join our growing AI team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining software applications, developing robust backend systems, and ensuring high performance across our platform. You'll work closely with engineering and AI teams to deliver reliable solutions that enable advanced automation and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable software applications for our platform
- Develop robust backend systems that process, handle, and transform data from multiple sources
- Integrate APIs and external services to expand our product ecosystem
- Collaborate with machine learning and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery of features and functionality
- Implement monitoring, testing, and alerting to guarantee system integrity and performance
- Develop and optimize database schemas, application logic, and caching strategies
- Participate in continuous improvement by identifying and resolving performance issues and bottlenecks
- Stay up to date with modern software engineering practices, tools, and technologies
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong foundation in JavaScript/Node.js or Python
- Proficiency with SQL and database systems, including basic data modeling and query optimization
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and building web applications
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) is a plus
- Understanding of software security and best practices
