Do you want to work with advanced technology in real-world operational environments - not just in a lab or on paper?
At sees.ai, we deploy autonomous UAS to inspect critical national infrastructure across the UK. This is an entry-level operations role for graduates who've already used UAS or technical field equipment to get a job done - in a survey, research project, inspection, or similar context - and who want to build a career at the sharp end of real-world UAS operations.
The Role
This is an operations-focused role. You'll be planning and delivering real UAS missions in live environments - where weather changes, access is constrained, and the quality of your preparation and judgement directly affects outcomes.
Our UAS operate through software-based control systems and real-time dashboards. You don't need to be able to build them - you need to be able to plan, execute, and adapt when things don't go to plan.

You'll split your time between field deployments across the UK and planning, analysis, and preparation at our Chichester base. This is a role for people who are genuinely energised by being out on operations - not just comfortable with it.
What You'll Be Doing
Who This Role Is Suited To
This role suits people who combine technical grounding with a genuine enthusiasm for operational, field-based work.
You'll likely have:
What matters most is how you work:
A structured mindset and a track record of using equipment purposefully in the field matter far more here than flight hours or technical qualifications.
Essential Requirements
A GVC or A2 licence is helpful, but not required at application stage.
