AliciaBots | Remote/Hybrid (India-based) | 12-Month Exclusive Contract

AliciaBots is a robotics firm specialising in predictive and proactive maintenance solutions for harsh industrial environments, including maritime and oil & gas. Our automated hull-cleaning technology reduces fuel consumption and carbon emissions while protecting marine ecosystems.

We are looking for a Governance & Research Specialist to support our governance, compliance, and research functions on a 12-month exclusive contract basis. The role is hybrid, primarily remote from India with occasional travel required. Working hours are aligned to Singapore Time (SGT, GMT+8).

Responsibilities

→ Conduct research and analyse regulatory, policy, and governance-related data

→ Draft, maintain, and manage reports, records, and governance documentation

→ Support preparation of board and leadership materials

→ Monitor compliance with regulatory and organisational policies

→ Coordinate information flow across teams and support cross-functional activities

→ Maintain internal databases and document management systems

→ Identify and act on issues proactively — without waiting to be directed

Requirements

→ Degree in Law, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline

→ Strong analytical and research skills

→ Excellent written and verbal English

→ A self-starter who takes initiative and manages their own workload

→ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently

→ Proficiency in standard research and documentation tools

→ Available to work core hours aligned to Singapore Time (SGT)

→ Comfortable with occasional travel as the role requires

→ Experience in governance, compliance, or administrative roles is an advantage.
