Job Overview

We are seeking a Google Chat Automation Specialist

who understands how to configure automated responses within Google Chat. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Workspace, bots, integrations, or automation tools that allow Google Chat to send automatic replies based on triggers or messages.

Responsibilities

• Set up automated responses in Google Chat

  for predefined messages or triggers

• Configure workflows using Google Workspace tools, bots, or third-party automation platforms

Requirements

• Experience working with Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Google Chat bots, webhooks, or automation integrations
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and test automation workflows
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience building custom Google Chat bots
• Basic knowledge of APIs and webhooks
• Experience with workflow automation for teams

Deliverables

• Fully functioning auto-response system in Google Chat
