About The Role Plaud is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support junior-role hiring, candidate pipeline building, and recruitment operations. You’ll learn end-to-end recruiting in a fast-paced tech environment while working closely with the TA team to deliver high-quality execution.

High-performing interns may be considered for full-time conversion based on business needs and individual performance. What You Will Do

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates with high accuracy.
• Coordinate assessments, hiring logistics, and prepare weekly pipeline status updates.
• Support sourcing experiments and market mapping to broaden talent outreach.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment operations initiatives when needed.

What We Look For

• Strong learning agility and adaptability — able to pick up tools and processes quickly.
• High attention to detail and reliability in managing coordination and data accuracy.
• Clear, professional communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
