Strategic planning:

Education:

7 years of hands-on experience in leadership HR roles within Tech multinationals (Robotics, Automotive, Digital/AI, Aerospace, Hardware/Electronics Manufacturing, or similar), significant experience in HR management, including senior-level roles;
successful experience in building HR functions from scratch on a global level in a rapid start up environment will be an advantage
