About The Role Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Global Head of Sales Academy to help drive our commercial talent function from one of our international hubs (Barcelona, New York or Austin). This person will play a critical role in building Biorce's global sales training capability from the ground up, ensuring every graduate leaves the Academy ready to perform from day one in a fast-moving biotech sales environment.
Who We're Looking For An experienced learning and commercial leader who knows how to turn ambitious hiring pipelines into high-performing sales teams. This person will architect, launch, and scale Biorce’s global sales training program and define define the strategy, structure, and delivery of our graduate program while managing regional Academy Leads in each hub.
You’ll create a consistent framework for onboarding, classroom instruction, and assessment that ensures each graduate leaves the academy ready to excel in biotech sales. This role combines strategic program design with strong operational leadership and commercial alignment.
