#IWorkForAllForGood OVERALL MISSION Reporting to the Global Sales Director - Global OOH Team, the Global Accounts Manager for the OOH Channel is responsible for the Management of OOH Global Accounts headquartered in the USA.
This role leads the agenda with the defined Global Accounts (Sodexo USA being part of the mandatory list of accounts) with the objective to position Bel Group as a valuable, trusted, go-to Partner. To deliver this objective, the Global Accounts Manager will closely work with the local OOH team. This field based role will be preferably located in the eastern US.
The #1 KPI of this position is the OOH Net Sales Growth and the #2 KPI is the Quality of the Relationships with the defined Global Accounts and the respective local OOH Teams;
A high degree of autonomy and accountability for the development of broad, long-lasting and strategic Partnerships is key to be successful in this role.

Working Conditions Work is performed both on the road as well as in a home office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours and average at least 40 hours a week. There will be some variation in work hours due to, sales calls, broker planning meetings, special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Travel will be required potentially up to 75%.
