Join our fast-growing BPO company as a Trainer & Quality Assurance Specialist with fluent German and English language skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, while also ensuring the highest level of quality in our services through rigorous quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training methodologies, quality assurance practices, and a passion for continuous improvement.
It is a full-time remote position.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM or 12PM - 9PM Central European Time (depending on project needs)
