Role Description:

• Must be fluent in reading and writing German
• Preferably with experience in Customer Service or related roles
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using computers and customer service software or CRM tools
