About Us Layra is dedicated to advancing AI design for public and subsidized housing in Hong Kong. We believe in harnessing cutting-edge technologies to enhance urban living.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI models tailored for public and subsidized housing design.
Utilize Metaheuristic algorithms for optimization tasks.
Collaborate on the JEPA model to improve design efficiency.
Implement Multi-Agent Systems for dynamic design solutions.
Conduct machine learning research to enhance predictive capabilities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
Strong experience in Metaheuristic algorithms and optimization techniques.
Proficiency in JEPA model and Multi-Agent Systems.
Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.

Preferred Skills

Experience in urban planning or architecture is a plus.
Familiarity with software development methodologies.
Knowledge of data visualization tools.
