We are seeking a detail-oriented General Administrative Assistant to support a Construction Electrical Service client. This role focuses on administrative support, scheduling coordination, invoicing, permitting, and dispatch operations.

Responsibilities:

• Send and manage client emails and correspondence
• Process online-generated permits
• Prepare and manage invoices (experience is a plus)
• Coordinate job scheduling and calendars
• Make calls for scheduling and confirmations
• Monitor Google ads as needed
• Dispatch electricians to job sites
• Provide productivity reports via email or chat
• Perform other administrative tasks as requested

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Jobber software is a plus
• Construction or electrical services admin experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
