Qualifications Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Experience

• 4 years progressive experience as a Functional Analyst OR 6 years' experience in (level 2 or above) operational role.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in an operations role.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs)

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications.
• Ability to create graphics and report to non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates necessary leadership attributes to lead projects while keeping operational leadership informed.
• Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging. Salary Range: $65,808 - $130,702
