You're energized by , excited by cutting-edge technology, and motivated by building products that make a . - Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team (Backend/Frontend/Fullstack developers). - Directly manage team members, facilitating effective prioritization, risk management, and technical decision-making. - Provide hands-on leadership, contributing actively to technical solutions and coding (partial hands-on). - Architect, design, and oversee the development of innovative systems. - Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, Frontend and Data Science teams to align priorities, ensure efficient development cycles, and achieve cross-functional objectives. - Establish and refine team processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize performance, quality, and stability. - Support team members' professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and continuous feedback. - Act as the primary problem solver and technical resource for the team. Requirements: - 5+ years developing SaaS backend & web applications - 2+ years experience leading, mentoring, and managing development team, preferably a multidisciplinary team - Strong hands-on technical expertise, with experience in modern cloud environments (GCP/Azure/AWS) - Familiarity with Python, GO, or similar backend development languages - Experience or familiarity with AI/GenAI methodologies and technologies - Knowledge of microservices architecture and modern cloud deployment strategies (Kubernetes, Docker, serverless architectures). - Experience collaborating closely with DevOps and Data Science teams. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment, adapting quickly to changes. - Agile in practice and mindset, structured in execution. - Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, "can-do" attitude. - Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication in Hebrew and English. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related fields, or equivalent experience.
