What the job involves

As a Fullstack Engineer (all genders), you will implement new features and maintain significant parts of our B2B user flows from end-to-end. Your work will involve discussing, designing, and developing various parts of our recruiter-focused products, leveraging both traditional approaches and AI-enhanced solutions
At HeyJobs, we invest heavily in leveraging AI-augmented software engineering tooling to increase time to market and impact significantly. You will be using the latest tooling (currently Claude Code and your IDE of choice, including Cursor or Github Copilot) and adopting it for new workflows and use cases, as well as adopting it for emerging ones
