As we continue to expand our AI and omnichannel capabilities, we are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join our growing engineering team.

You will work as part of our engineering team developing and enhancing Solgari’s omnichannel and AI capabilities across messaging channels, customer engagement workflows, integrations and conversational experiences.
The role will involve both backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on:
· Omnichannel messaging features
· AI-enhanced customer engagement solutions
· Integrations with third-party communication platforms
· Webchat and conversational experiences
· Customer workflow automation
· Real-time communication services
· Cloud-native application development
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop and maintain scalable .NET-based applications and services
· Build and enhance omnichannel messaging integrations including WhatsApp, SMS, webchat, email and social messaging platforms
· Develop AI-powered customer engagement features using Microsoft and OpenAI technologies
· Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI solutions
· Develop APIs, backend services and frontend user experiences
· Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and Support teams across the SDLC
· Participate in troubleshooting, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
· Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions
· Help improve platform scalability, resilience and customer experience
Essential Skills
· Strong experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
· Experience developing full stack web applications
· Experience building REST APIs and backend services
· Experience working with Microsoft Azure services
Desirable / Nice to have Experience
· Omnichannel or communications platform experience
· Experience with messaging technologies such as WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger or webchat platforms
· Contact centre or customer engagement platform experience
· AI or conversational AI development experience
· Real-time communications or telephony experience
· Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems
Ideally, we’re looking for someone with a good software design background, who is excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is setup to comfortably work from home in a collaborative team
This is a fully remote role; however, it is required that you are resident in Ireland or the UK, with the right to live and work here.
