The Role

We're hiring a Full-Stack Lead Engineer to take ownership of our engineering architecture, guide best practices, and ship core product features across web, mobile, and backend. You'll work directly with the founding team (Product, Design, and CTO), and play a key role in bringing to life our AI agent workflows, automation systems, and real-time career insights.

This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to grow into Head of Engineering as the team scales.

Lead full-stack development: Contribute across our platform, React (web), Node.js (backend), React Native (mobile).
