RESTORED CLOUD INC. β Restored Cloud builds AI-powered platforms for the U.S. Department of Defense. We create realistic synthetic enterprise environments for military cyber training β generating network traffic, user behaviors, and artifacts that training operators can control and monitor through a centralized console.
Full-Stack / Integration Engineer
Location : Remote (U.S.) β periodic on-site at government integration facilities
Employment : Full-Time
Clearance : U.S. Citizen required; ability to obtain Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
Compensation : $100,000 β $130,000 + Equity
THE ROLE
You bridge the gap between our AI engine and the government platform it integrates with. You own the operator console β the command interface that military training staff use to control scenarios, manage simulated personas, and monitor exercises in real time. You also own the integration boundary: making our system work cleanly with existing government authentication, networking, and compute infrastructure without requiring changes on their side.
WHAT YOU OWN
β’ Operator console (React): the interface for scenario control, persona management, phase transitions, emergency stops, and real-time telemetry monitoring
β’ Control plane API: service layer connecting the console to the generator engine with authentication, audit logging, and secure one-way control flow
β’ Authentication integration: SSO/OIDC for operator login, identity management for role and attribute mapping
β’ Network integration: awareness of software-defined network segmentation for environment isolation
β’ Export visualization: real-time streaming views of syslog, NDJSON, and artifact exports with file download capability
β’ Security boundary enforcement: ensuring control plane and event plane isolation with only signed data crossing the boundary
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
β’ 4+ years full-stack development with React (frontend) and Python or Node.js (backend API)
β’ Experience building and consuming REST APIs with proper authentication (OAuth2/OIDC)
β’ Understanding of network segmentation concepts and software-defined networking basics
β’ Familiarity with containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
β’ Ability to build interfaces for non-technical operators β military training staff, not developers
β’ U.S. citizenship required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Red Hat SSO / Keycloak / OIDC integration experience
β’ VMware NSX-T or similar SDN platforms
β’ Real-time data streaming in browser (WebSocket, SSE, or polling)
β’ Prior experience building operational dashboards for government or military users
β’ gRPC or message queue experience (RabbitMQ, NATS) for service communication
β’ Familiarity with cyber range or training environments
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
β Pure frontend developers with no backend or API experience β this role spans the full stack
β Developers who prioritize visual polish over operational reliability β the console must be dependable above all
β Engineers unfamiliar with authentication systems β SSO/OIDC integration is a core responsibility
