Tymeline is an Autonomous Organizational Intelligence platform helping enterprises plan, execute, and operate with clarity and precision. We are hiring a Full-Stack Growth Marketer who can own content, video, design, Webflow, media, and growth end-to-end.

This is a hands-on builder role , not a coordination job.

SaaS product experience is mandatory. No exceptions.

What You Will Do

1. Create high-quality written content for social media, blogs, product pages, landing pages, case studies, and founder content
2. Own Webflow execution including building pages, updating site content, launching campaigns, and optimizing conversions
3. Edit and produce video content including shorts, long-form videos, demo videos, tutorials, podcasts, and webinar clips
4. Create short-form video optimized for engagement across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X
5. Produce long-form content such as interviews, product walkthroughs, recorded webinars, and customer stories
6. Appear on camera confidently to host content, present demos, and conduct interviews
7. Design pitch decks, sales collateral, social creatives, thumbnails, infographics, and marketing visuals
8. Manage and grow social channels while driving reach, engagement, and brand voice
9. Repurpose long-form content into multi-channel growth assets
10. Support GTM, partnerships, PR, campaigns, events, and thought leadership
11. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Leadership on messaging and storytelling
12. Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement, pipeline, and revenue

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

1. 1–3 years of experience working in a SaaS or product company
2. Hands-on Webflow experience with real published work
3. Strong video editing skills across short-form, long-form, demos, and motion captions
4. Comfortable being on camera and representing a brand publicly
5. Strong written communication with clear storytelling and structure
6. Strong verbal communication for presentations, interviews, and recordings
7. Experience using design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe, or similar
8. Experience managing social media and content calendars
9. Ability to execute independently, move fast, and own outcomes
10. Portfolio showing real shipped SaaS or product work
