Traditional cameras rely on an imaging lens which typically consists of several lens elements and a light sensitive sensor. Cameras have been built like this since 1816. Glass has been historically used to make high quality optical elements. We are replacing these elements with deep neural networks that give extreme flexibility when designing our cameras. It allows us to squeeze a huge sensor into an ultra thin module that fits perfectly into a mobile device without the need for protruding bumps. Our cameras bring SLR image quality into your pocket.

About the role
At GLASS, we are driving the future of camera technology with cutting-edge AI-powered image processing algorithms. At the heart of our innovation is a sophisticated camera characterization process, leveraging thousands of captured images to achieve unparalleled image quality.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to own and develop end-to-end features for a suite of internal and external-facing tools. From UI/UX and frontend architecture to backend APIs, data models, and deployment, you’ll take features from concept to delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, reliable products that help teams move faster and deliver better outcomes.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders across the organization to understand workflows, translate requirements into polished user experiences, and build scalable systems across the stack. This interdisciplinary role will challenge you to continuously learn and apply new technologies as you strengthen the software infrastructure that powers day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong product-minded engineer who can architect, design and implement aesthetic and performant web applications and is comfortable building APIs, services, data flows, and tooling that power great user experiences. If you’re passionate about building critical tools in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex problems across multiple domains, we’d love to hear from you.
