• Stockholm (Level 4): $99K – $117K • 0.18% – 0.54%
• Stockholm (Level 3): $82.5K – $97.5K • 0.15% – 0.45%
• Stockholm (Level 2): $71K – $84K • 0.11% – 0.39%
• Stockholm (Level 1): $66K – $78K • 0.12% – 0.36%

We don’t negotiate compensation. Instead, every candidate chooses from three preset packages — ranging from high salary / low equity to low salary / high equity. It’s your call. Responsibilities

• Architecting and building complex workflows across the full stack
• Co-owning the entire product experience from backend to frontend
• Driving product direction through technical execution and intuition
• Becoming an Oracle with a best-in-class customer model in your head

Required Skills

Hard Skills:

• Deep experience across backend and frontend systems
• Fluency in TypeScript, Python, or similar modern stacks
• Comfortable with infrastructure, APIs, databases, and debugging messy edge cases
• Bonus: Experience using AI tools to accelerate development
• Even bigger bonus: Experience in regulated or high-trust domains

Soft Skills:

• Comfortable being uncomfortable and making calls with incomplete data
• Empathetic and curious — building for the user, not just for elegance
• Highly collaborative across product, design, and customer support
• Detail-oriented but pragmatic — knowing when polish matters and when to move
• Ownership of work and welcoming accountability

We operate on six levels, from Level 1 to Level 6. Each reflects increasing ownership, impact, and scope with meaningful jumps in salary and equity. We review levels every 4 months. Promotions are based on output and ownership, not tenure. This isn’t a comfy engineering role. It’s fast, focused, and customer-obsessed. You will build fast. You will learn fast. You will own what you ship.
