• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience building backend services in Python; interest or experience with Go and/or Rust is a plus
• Experience developing modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud deployments and basic infrastructure concepts
• Familiarity with modern software development practices: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Docker

What the job involves

• A typical week may include debugging python, deploying infrastructure changes, talking to product early-adopters, and strategic planning with the team leads
• Working with product managers and engineers to design and deliver full-stack features end-to-end
• Building and maintaining backend services and APIs in Python, with opportunities to work in Go or Rust
• Developing user-facing applications using React and TypeScript
• Deploying and operating cloud-native applications on AWS with a focus on reliability and scalability
• Maintaining, monitoring, and improving production systems and development workflows
