Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines for scraping and structuring tenders from various sources.
• Develop RAG workflows for document ingestion, prompt writing, and response evaluation.
• Ensure an excellent user experience on a collaborative productivity app.
• Innovate on a unique product: a bid response software designed to generate relevant pages quickly.

Tech Stack

• Backend: Typescript, Nest.JS, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Langchain
• Frontend: React, Mantine
• Infrastructure: Heroku, Github, AWS
• Internal Tools: Notion, Slack, Cursor, Figma

Hiring Process

1. Initial call with Yoann (CTO) - 15 minutes (phone)
2. Interview with Yoann (CTO) to discuss previous experiences - 45 minutes (Google Meet)
3. Case preparation (2 hours) and technical interview (1 hour 30 minutes) with Yoann (CTO) and a team member
4. Interview with Hugues (CEO) - 45 minutes (in-person) + informal coffee with team members - 20 minutes
5. Cross-referenced checks with two previous managers and two contacts from the company.
