Virtue AI seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about AI safety and security. As a Full Stack Engineer at Virtue AI, advancements in AI technology and the security risks that have and will continue to emerge are paramount concerns to you. You are ready to join our engineering team to address these risks and challenges head on.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Familiar with NextJS, React, NodeJs, python, frontend, website development
• Experience with front end development, website maintenance
• Database knowledge: SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deployment and scaling
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with TensorRT or similar tools for model deployment, optimization and inference acceleration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Startup experience is preferred
• 3+ years of production deployment, providing end-to-end solutions, and taking utmost care to both write and check-in quality code.
• Experience building AI enterprise products
• Experience working with cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and keeping great documentation.
• Experience defining goals, time estimates, requirements and reporting to senior leadership
